1. Who we are

We Like Gaming (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Jonas Wahlberg, an individual trading as We Like Gaming, based in Sweden and providing services to customers in Sweden and across the EU. You can contact us at info@welikegaming.com.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By registering an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

3. Our services

We provide managed game server hosting, configured to your requirements (game, player count, mods, map, etc.) and coordinated through Discord and email. Server configuration and support are currently handled manually by our team rather than through automated self-service tools.

4. Accounts

To raise support tickets or receive direct email support, you need to register an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information (name, email, and any other details we ask for)
• Keep your password confidential and secure
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

You must be at least 16 years old to register an account. If you’re under 16, please have a parent or guardian contact us on your behalf.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Break the law, or facilitate others in doing so
• Host or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or those of other customers
• Abuse our support channels (spam, harassment, or similar)

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Pricing and payment

We do not currently process payments through this website. Prices are discussed with you directly once we understand your requirements (game, player count, mods, etc.), agreed via Discord or email. We currently accept payment via PayPal.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep services running reliably, but we don’t currently guarantee a specific uptime percentage or response time (no formal SLA is in place). Support is provided on a best-effort basis via Discord and email.

8. Intellectual property

The We Like Gaming name, logo, and website content are our property (or used under licence) and may not be copied or reused without permission. Game titles, logos, and trademarks referenced on this site belong to their respective owners; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

9. Termination

You may stop using our services and ask us to delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited (e.g. for fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll update the “last updated” date above; continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the laws of your own country of residence.
